I didn't feel pressured at any point in discussions and after the deal was complete the delivery of the car was seamless , everything I could think of was explained and everything I had no clue about on the controls was shown to me, Jack was superb.

Jack Lewis wasn't your typical salesman. His main priority was making sure you had the best experience possible. He wasn't trying to push you into a deal, he just wanted to make sure you were happy and would do anything to help you.

I had already pulled out of buying the same model from another centre and was about to buy a VW instead. After walking into Chelmsford on the off chance, I was in the car I really wanted by the end of the week! Great experience.

Chap on service desk was very helpful, prompt and friendly. The video that showed the condition of the car was useful, although I found it difficult to hear the chap in the video as he spoke too quickly, so was difficult to fully understand.

Great! But not a great set up for waiting, the only power points are at a bar and I am only 5 feet tall and getting onto the bar stools is hard. I needed a map update which couldn't be done, I also have to return for a new tyre and wiper blade!!

The work was completed very efficiently, and thank you so much for this excellent service. However the car clean was not the best, the car appears to have been cleaned in the sunshine causing serious water marks that were difficult to remove.
