Within 30 minutes of arrival, I received a detailed video of my vehicle, tyres, suspension, brakes etc, all with a running commentary which I find really useful. The vehicle is always cleaned before it's return.

When comparing Sytner, Harold Wood to Inchcape, Chelmsford, I noticed a clear and positive difference. While Sytner's faulty assessment cost me a lot, Inchcape fixed the issue on the first day I brought the car to them. My last experience also great.

Overall good service experience. Missing 1 star due to incorrectly resetting the service interval/logging the service history that necessitated a second visit for a simple mistake. Rectified quickly and made sure the car was seen to quickly.

Every part of the service was carried out satisfactorily with one exception. It was reported that the battery needed re-charging. As the car was with the garage for 48 hours (at my request) I would have hoped that they would have re-charged it.
