I had already pulled out of buying the same model from another centre and was about to buy a VW instead. After walking into Chelmsford on the off chance, I was in the car I really wanted by the end of the week! Great experience.

I always get professionally greeted when I enter. The service reception is clean, tidy and the whole service area has a really nice atmosphere/feel to it - always treated as if you were the only and most important customer. Staff are courteous

A courtesy car was provided so that I did not have to remain at the dealership and could spend the day shopping in the local town centre and was called when the service completed. Very slick operation.
