The customer care is excellent. I feel that the team tries really hard in addressing the issues raised. There is one intermittently happening tailgate issue and I am confident it will be resolved soon.
I was warmly welcomed by Olivia on arrival. I needed a taxi home which she arranged and she made me a coffee while I was waiting. The car was fixed and was vacuumed and washed. I also received a healthcheck video. A good experience overall.
Had an issue with ad blue. Could not be sorted out first time, but the car was booked in straight away and the service team are dealing with the problem.

Having had problems with our Mini, I also had an issue with my BMW. Once again, Olivia and Livvy were outstanding. They managed both cars superbly and their customer service skills were the best I have seen in a very long time.
