I was welcomed & reassured that all covid measures were being adhered to (first place I had visited in a year of isolating) professional service.
All staff were thoughtful and totally prepared for my visit and needs, especially in Covid climate.
Service has always been good for us. We have experience of other service agents (not BMW) who were very rude and dismissive especially so if the vehicle was old and not high value. On the contrary this service agent has always been very professional

Plenty of communication to keep me updated, to be honest the car cleaning which of course is complimentary was not up to it in the inside. I feel if you're going to offer something it should be up to BMW standard and not rushed or half hearted

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have been a customer for a long time and have always been looked after. One slight change is the standard of cleaning after any work. It is bare minimum and I am always told it is lack of staff.

Everything completed correctly.. Obviously, understandably in this pandemic, could not receive the car pick up service.
My vehicle was booked in at short notice with no problem at all all , service completed in one day and returned clean
Strange times with COVID but managed very professionally.
The arrangements made for COVID-19 were well thought out which made me feel safe. I was kept up to date with progress and all scheduled work was carried out as planned.

Always received great customer service from the service team. Livvy in particular is knowledgeable and on the ball.
A 5 but car had to return the car due to servicing requirements, which should have been checked prior. This was however dealt with quickly and efficiently by sales contact Peter to ensure that done, so credit where credit due here.

The majority of correspondence was via e mail and phone, but when i visited the dealership to collect the car, the car was ready and everything was carried out in line with COVID restrictions

Again their were precautions in terms of social distancing and things like having a complimentary coffee and having the luxury of having time to have a good look around the showroom couldn't happen. The centre did the best they could.
