Everything completed correctly.. Obviously, understandably in this pandemic, could not receive the car pick up service.
Strange times with COVID but managed very professionally.
The arrangements made for COVID-19 were well thought out which made me feel safe. I was kept up to date with progress and all scheduled work was carried out as planned.
My vehicle was booked in at short notice with no problem at all all , service completed in one day and returned clean
the service was carried out on time and I was kept informed by video and phone calls on the progress.
You completed the service to my satisfaction in good time. I felt my car was safe. My car was not parked too close to other vehicles when I collected it so there was no chance of door marks.

I was welcomed and as my loan car wasn't quite ready to save me standing in the cold the gentleman opened my car so I could sit in it to stay warm. I was kept informed of progress which I find very helpful

I was given a courtesy call prior to my service appointment to arrange a convenient time to drop my cat off all COVID 19 protocols were in place I found this service very good well done to all concerned .

The time was stretched from the sell to collection
The service agent was extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. Great experience!
Again their were precautions in terms of social distancing and things like having a complimentary coffee and having the luxury of having time to have a good look around the showroom couldn't happen. The centre did the best they could.
1. Agreeing a part-ex for old car & a price for the new car went smoothly 2. The dealership kept me informed about arrival dates 3. Payment & handover went smoothly & efficiently
